ok... lets set the record straight... apparently humans and dolphins ain't the only ones who have sex for pleasure. there are the bonobos which are a species of primate dat apparently humans have the most in common with. anyways, it always puzzled me how dolphins had sex you know. i guess the basic part is kinda sumthin u learn in skool but wat bothered me was how did they do it. like missionary style? or where was the "equipment" for the guys and the "hole" for the chic....? i dunno. i'm weird. well, so i researched it and this is wta i found...
the male dolphin has 2 slits in its lower belly, one for the penis, the other for the anus. the female dolphin only has one slit which contains both the anus and the vagina. for the male dolphin, the sex organ is an internal organ and it is brought out with a special muscle for mating. they copulate underwater while swimming lying belly to belly. the male inserts his penis into the female's vagina for several seconds. the male sex organ is controlled by a muscle.
