a tribute to an untimely death

i spent 3 days in teluk intan hospital doin some stupid JPA internship and i can tell you it was fuckin boring la. i mean we were supposed to be gainin exposure to the life of a doctor but trust me, it was all a damn waste of good time. time i cud have spent in college actually learnin somethin. i nvr thought i wud say this but i actually prefer goin to college. but hey, one coolt hing did happen though.....

on the first day i went, the kids there said they heard an autopsy was goin on so we managed to coax and cajole our way into goin and seein it. and guess wat, we missed the autopsy but the guy there showed us the body of the kid. he was 12 yrs old and he fell into a huge drain on his way from skool on the 21st of march and he floated all the way from ipoh to teluk intan which is like 2 hrs away and was discovered on the 25th.

it was gruesome la. the boy's face had sort of melted off his skull and some parts the skull was actually visible. his skin was not even human colour anymore, his tummy was bloated cos of the water intake (he drowned) and there was all these bugs covering him, and the stench was unbearable. the worst part was when we were done seeing the body and just walked out of the freezer, his father arrived to identify him and gosh, when i heard him cry, if i hadn't felt sad b4, i definitely felt the pain ryt then.... it was a horrible experience.
